Cauliflower and wasabi
I'm not wildly enthusiastic about going out today as it's raining very hard and miserable. So the fridge becons.
I had the idea of combining these two ingredients the other day when I failed to find broccoli in Borough Market and had to buy the cauli instead.
It goes perfectly with seared tuna which I douse liberally with a sauce made from soy sauce, mirin, ginger, garlic and sesame oil.
