Cerne Abbas Giant

Visited the Cerne Abbas Giant this morning, and completed a short walk around the site ...

... not the best picture, but am sure you can see why the kids thought the Giant was rather amusing :-)

The village of Cerne Abbas itself, was also very pleasant to wander around.

Mentioned it was my Mother-in-laws 80th Birthday earlier ... specific day is tomorrow, but as we're all having to head off home, the actual celebrations were today!

Another pub-lunch; and this evening some Dorset friends visited, and we had a bit of a tea-time Party with Grandmother and all 3 of her Children (and partners!); and all 5 of her Grandchildren, present :-))

Great way to celebrate being 80-years young!
