Found it

Sorry it's not a great picture, I was on a bus. But yes, those are skinned dogs hanging there. Welcome to SE Asia. I knew they eat it here and I've been looking for it. I hadn't seen it until today, but I can't say for sure if I've eaten it yet. I had some grilled "beef" in Siem Reap, but that was definitely not cow meat. Could have been rat though, I saw a couple hefty ones in the streets. Who knows!?
