Scottish Parliament Thistle

In pride of place on our Christmas Tree. A very kind gift from my dear Blipfriend LadyFindhorn. A hint of the official registered tartan for the Parliament.

It has rained and rained, so we've stayed put, enjoying some of our Christmas foody gifts. I am drinking Green Tea with Lemon from my new Wild Birds bone china mug. We spotted a Redwing in the garden, a winter visitor from Scandinavia. A lot of bullfinches visiting the feeders too.
