Christmas Lights

Many folk seem to take down all their decorations soon after Christmas. Some I know had cleared it all away by Boxing Day! Here, we usually pack most decorations away on New Year's Day, but keep some things such as the outdoor lights up until Twelfth Night. I love hanging on to that Christmas magic in the darker days. Today we need a bit of cheer as the house is full of illness: Hubby, Ophelia and I have all succumbed to a nasty flu-like virus. Hubby and I have looked after the kids in shifts whilst the other slept.
