Comfort Food

The forecast rain arrived overnight and continued throughout the day; falling heavy and causing widespread flooding. I had planned to spend the day working and it seemed a sensible option given the weather. The highlight of the day has been cooking and eating a home cooked rice and chicken risotto – warm and comforting on a damp day!
