Dog Parking - Before and After

Going back a few days - in fact well before Xmas, I blipped our new local shop then noticed the "dog tethering ring".

Well today I spotted that it had been given it's own sign, so that's today's blip. Not to be too boring I thought that I would continue with yesterday's theme but do a before and after. Well it's all practice isn't it?
