This is an 'in desperation' blip!
Truly hideous day, why on earth people feel the way to get you to help them is by being as rude and as obnoxious as possible I do not know.
Trust me it doesn't work.
Somedays I think I would like a job quality checking Yorkshire puddings going round on a conveyor belt! At least they wouldn't argue, demand and generally carry on with no good reason.
