"Everything's bigger in Texas"

This is a saying that is well known in Texas - It even applies to the eggs!
One of the delights of visiting a different country is a trip to the supermarket that could be boring at home -this very large and modern H- E- B store has the most amazing selection of foods that we would never see in the UK.
It amused me that Texan hens could produce such large eggs - and with such precise nutritional qualities!
