Graveyard Book

Jon and I went to go see Neil Gaiman speak at one of the Cleveland Public Libraries on a whim today. It was very last minute, but I'm glad we decided to go. At first we were ushered into an overflow area because all the seats were filled in the auditorium, which bummed us out since we drove all the way out there only to watch him on tv. He did however come into the overflow room and stood right next to Jon and I. But we finally managed to get a place to sit in the main room before Neil Gaiman came out to speak, so it was all good.

I'm hoping to finally be able to go running tomorrow since my knee problems have flared back up. I really need new running shoes, but I also want to go to a running store as opposed to some department store that sells shoes where the salespeople know nothing about overpronating and other foot issues that certain shoes can help or hinder one's running. Gotta see if I can get a ride to Fleet Feet.
