as a huge tea drinker, I was delighted to be given the Heston Blumenthal tea maker for Christmas, taking the art of the brew to scientific levels! You adjust the temperature, brew time, tea type, for the perfect cuppa. We are enjoying experimenting with different teas and settings. The joy of time off work!
