Checking in

All day we were preparing to leave but not going anywhere, then we finally left and drove to York, stopping en route to eat. We arrived really late at the Royal York Hotel but had a fabulous room with a big bed and two smaller beds (I am so past needing a cot) so we slept well and they even provided nappies at reception for those who might have forgotten to bring them.
