I had a really nice day catching up with my Uncle Dougie and and Auntie Chris in the afternoon and Liz and Kyle in the evening. Dougie gave me some photos of him an Chris, me and my cousin and him and Dad as bairns. Liz gave me a clipping about The John Muir Festival occurring across Scotland at the time I'm home for Easter in 2014. The aim of the event is to raise awareness of Muir. I'm going to write to the Evening News journalist who did a story last year about the song I dedicated to Muir.

Perhaps playing the song in Scotland at Easter might help to raise Muir's profile. In the words of another Scot 'Never say Never'.
