Going out with a bang

We headed into town today to meet up with friends Pip and Hayley, and to take part in some of the Hogmanay, 'daft days' celebrations... Apparently the 12 days of christmas were traditionally known as daft days due to their revelry...

So we popped into the castle and then joined the torchlit procession heading through town and climaxing with the firework display...
