Argghh

We'd planned to be in all day as the boiler man was due to look at a fault. Just as we sat down to lunch he rang the bell. As usual, he has to get the parts and will be back Friday. So we had an unexpected afternoon free, but the weather is pants!

Then the phone rang, Gavin was due to do some work over the Chritsmas period. That got canned as the pre-cursor work went pete tong. So, luckily he got some extra days holiday. However, the call was to say he could do some of the work...? Yes, this afternoon, just as we were getting settled in to do some flash work.
