Urban Jungle

And so, my final Blip of 2013. It's shot to the month's theme of "urban."

Less glamorous and celebratory than my entry for 29th Dec, this is shot out at Edinburgh Park railway station, looking South(ish) to Sighthill. Railway and power lines, fencing, and buildings making up the jungle, with the ever present traffic our concrete landscape predators.

Here's hoping to a more upbeat 2014 where we as a race can actually start to make progress with compassion, rather than relentlessly chase dollars and self interest.
