The last sunset of 2013

The rain and wind disappeared to show this wonderful sunset, the last one of the year, and what a stunner!

Our New Years Eve with friends has been cancelled because M has flu.

So it's plan B and the two of us at home.

Smoked salmon timbales with cucumber pappardelle.

Orange and ginger marinated lamb chops with roasted vegetables.

Cheese with celery crackers.

Bread and butter, cinnamon and sultana pudding.

Coffee and Chocolates.

( Haven't chosen the wines yet!)
