Doughty's mill

A very damp grey day again today had to pop into town to pay my Credit card bill Ouch.
On my way back I decided to take a few shots of the old mill at the side of the river Witham in the center of town.
It was built around 1790 and was used up to 1990. Since then like a lot of old buildings it has been turned into flats.
