Windermere

Thanks to all for the response to yesterday's stiletto blip. I must admit that it was a blippin' lucky shot.

I spent hours this morning going through my 2013 photos selecting those for a 'best of' album.Strangely, some that I had given 4 stars to in February I have now downgraded, while others have been given an extra star. Also found more that had not survived the move from old to new laptop so had to make new copies from the original and re-edit. Aargh.

By the time I got out this afternoon I couldn't really concentrate on much and my fingers got cold. So, from the compact camera, here is a view from Ambleside looking south down Windermere.
