The hill of the weeping

Apparently this hill is known as "the hill of the weeping". Legend has it that the women belonging to the clan Colquhoun would stand on the hill and count the boats coming back after the men had been fighting the clan McGregor. If boats were missing then they knew some of their men folk would be too - hence the name of this hill. Now there's a cheery story for Hogmanay! Have a good one blippers!
