Bread 'n Butter

I have decided to post my first photograph a day early although I will not be counting it as part of my 365 day challenge, that begins tomorrow.

Why did I decide to begin posting early? This pudding was just too good not too!

It was a chocolate and raspberry bread 'n butter pudding and topped off with a cold raspberry coulis.
