New Years Eve Extravaganza

As we knew that our Christmas dinner was likely to be simple whilst in Nice (steak and chips) we booked ourselves into one of our favourite restaurants, L'Univers for New Year's Eve.

Not the cheapest meal we have had but it was fantastic and a great end to the year.

It was a set menu of around 10 courses including lobster, sea urchin, scallops, fish course, lamb, cheese, two deserts and petit fours. We had shown great restraint during the day and not eaten much so were able to enjoy it without feeling stuffed.
