Enjoy what's in front of you.

A great morning spent wandering around the quayside after I dropped HRH off.

I met a few people. Talked to them all, but not all of them talked back. I spent half an hour with a man with a camera who was giving me loads of helpful tips which I think I've forgotten already.

There are a couple of cormorants on the Tyne, just under the Millennium bridge. I could have watched them for hours. They fished and swam and chased each other and enjoyed each others company.
They just enjoyed the moment.

That's what I'm going to do.
