Loony Dooking!

2014 dawned bright, clear and fresh. Not so for those unfortunate people down south where the weather sounds abysmal again.
Ours is due to change again later today with more heavy rain and gale force winds.

We took an early trip to South Queensferry to watch the annual Loony Dook action.
There were over a thousand nutters brave souls. We didn't end up with too good a spot for watching them in the water so a posed shot of an enthusiastic group beforehand is my blip for today.

I hope there aren't too many sore heads amongst you, my blip friends and I hope you all saw in the new year in the way that you all hoped.
