From the top

Went up Aguille du Midi this afternoon to have a wee 1st of January look at the top of the world. This is looking at what is behind yesterday's view. The big point on the left is Dent du Geant. Mont Blanc is on the right out of shot. Now sipping a wee aperitif before heading out for a last dinner here in Chamonix. Then a 15-16 hour drive back home to wet SW Scotland to be hopefully greeted by a purry black and white furry fur child. All the very very very best to you all for 2014.
