Our New Year Starter

Amazing New Year's meal cooked by son-in-law, Raymond. Starter was a terrine of chicken, leek and mushroom with chutney, followed by pork with sausages in bacon, apple sauce, gravy, parsnips, roast potatoes, potatoes dauphinoise, carrots and brussels sprouts with pancetta and cream. Very, very yummy - Rainbow (Raymond) is a fabulous cook. Next course was a chocolate mousse cake made by Amelie and Laura - heaven! We had to phone Uncle Jody to tell him we were having chocolate cake as this is his favourite! Ha, ha!
