These guys again!

I founds my ducks again! It's been a funny old week for ducks, after watching them get trained the other day, a friend of mine recived a duck as a Christmas present. So very cute. Now, I found the same family of ducks, in a different area of town, doing a little bit of open water swimming, away from the safety of the town gardens pond. The parent in this one was coaxing the duckings into the water while the other, who you may remember from a few days ago, stood guard.

I couldn't resist a few snaps from the shoreline, trying to get as close as possible without being a nuissance, to try and catch how much the ducklings had changed in appearance after losing their feathers. A real ugly duckling transformation has occured, they are new, sleek and streamlined compared to the "scraggy" appearance of before.

It was great to see them again and to catch this little guy running into frame. A very welcome photobomb
