Happy New Bake

It's poured with rain all day today, so I've stayed in and played with my new toy! I made pastry for a quiche, shredded some veg for coleslaw, chopped some walnuts and made sticky toffee pudding* for my sons. The sauce had to come out of a bottle though as we didn't have any cream left (not guilty!)

*I thought it would rise more than this, but I had to use cheap flour instead of my preffered brand as the shelves were fairly empty when I went to buy some the other day. The boys said it was delicious all the same!
