Choking Hazard
Gotta have some balloons around New Year.
After a long lie from everyone bar Samantha, Euan and Grant had a go at following the instructions for making some balloon sculptures whilst the steak pie was cooking this afternoon. The easy ones - such as the 'sword' here - may have been less Ann Summer-ish if they'd used a different colour of balloon though.
Family around for traditional Scottish New Year's Day lunch; steak pie soup to start, followed by traditional steak pie and all the trimmings, then, after a short digestion break, traditional steak pie cheesecake to finish us all off. All followed by a lazy sit around the TV being awe struck at David Attenborough acting like a kid in the National History Museum on the best bit of telly of the year so far*.
If I've room later, might squeeze in some steak pie and crackers and a glass of Port.
*I know, it's early days yet. But, if you get a chance to catch it, do.
