Carn na h-Ath-Aoil

Nice start to the New Year in Findhorn and we decided to take a walk on the Dava Moor to blow away the cobwebs of the old year. The sunshine didn't last but it was a good walk. I like the Dava Moor with its wide open spaces, the abandoned steadings gradually being reclaimed by nature, the Scots Pine dotted over the landscape. Today we came across these frosted mosses which are rather beautiful. Happy New Year to you all.
