My 2013 computer journal, to which I just added another 60 double-sided sheets for November and December 2013, is resting on a 1980's journal I've used as background for my story. Of the 60,000 words I wrote in the past two months, 40,000 are chapters for my novel, the rest is correspondence, poetry, and journal entries. I just can't seem to stop scribbling.

I have blackened a lot of white paper in my lifetime! I'm running out of filing space! But as an old computer hand, I know that paper is the ultimate backup. Think of the Dead Sea scrolls. ;-)
