zoo lights

great start to the new year:
good workout this morning, took care of some paperwork, started work on my personal statement, watched the hobbit (again) (tomorrow we see the 2nd installment), enjoyed dinner with a view of a short little snow storm, lights at the denver z00 (bit of a cold, crowded walk, but we had a great time), driving around and exploring denver, ice cream at bonnie brae, then tea at the ranch by the fire.
