Let the cleansing commence!

Happy New Year to you all!!

We certainly saw the new year in with a bang! Fabulous night out with the family!

Home by about 1.30am, water and bed.

Woke up feeling a little fuzzy at 7am as Pete needed his breakfast. Back to laze in bed for a couple of hours.

The weather was awful, wettest day of the year so far! Enjoyed a lazy day and only went out for a walk at 3pm.

Started diet today, and dryathlon too! Plenty of water, and fennel teas!! Hopefully my good intentions will last a while!
