In a good mood

Came home and decided to go for another run tonight - two days in a row!

Realised as I was pounding the streets that this is my favourite running weather - nice and cool, autumnal colours, sun beginning to set, best running time of day - just before tea.

It was certainly quite a stunning run tonight (as far as the scenery went!) my running was not so bad either. Hopefully I'm back in the swing of the running again.

Perfect!

BTW.... this is a photo of the rosemary in the garden.
