Soup and Stew

Heating on yesterday, soup making today, weather - tropical. Crazy. No interesting outings so a boring blip of the start of my lunch.

Didn't sleep well last night having listened to a Radio 4 programme 'Female Sexual Abuse - Breaking the Silence.' A painful listen but very right to air this and make people aware that women also abuse children.

There's been so much about it on the news lately due to the trial and conviction of three people - two women and one man in the same terrible case.

Someone I knew spoke well on the programme.

I'm grateful.
