She's Out!!

Hoorah, that my pal Cal came to me today and we did a combined effort to get me out, driving, food buying. I'd not been out since sometime in December (loosing track !) and had stopped driving cos it was so painful and had felt dangerous: little concentration when your in acute pain!!.
I managed the 1st leg and was very grateful that she could take over once I was wailing.
What a challenge this is!!. All of me gets swallowed by pain and I screech.
