Leith Wall Art

An example of public art, although unlike a lot of the other murals there are around in Leith this one dates back quite a long time. I seem to remember it always being there and indeed, on checking it out, it was painted in 1984 by an artist called David Wilkinson. That would mean it was up there the year before I first moved to Edinburgh. The swan is a reference to Swanfield, now a small industrial estate across the road from the wall with the mural.
