Ah, cranberry time. As the largest agricultural enterprise on Nantucket Island (Yes, the Nantucket Conservation Foundation beats out the farms), we harvest and sell a lot of cranberries.

A LOT of cranberries.

They brought a big ol' box into the office today. So tart, but so good. We've got apples too, so perhaps some cranberry-apple cobbler is in order?
