Shame

...is what you feel when you try to capture your children's attention (whilst they are heartlessly taking no notice of the camera) by saying, "Say Zoo", instead of cheese (we were at the zoo - I know it's not very imaginative) and the nearly 7 year old shouts, "Poo. POO. Poo. She asked us to say POO." There ensues much hollering of the word poo and lots of laughter. So once again I find myself torn between admonishing or taking a picture, and once you've plumped for 'picture' (which I invariably do), there's no going back to reel in the cheekiness.

So am I ashamed of their behaviour, or mine?!?
