Enjoying Adams Ale!

First day done and diet stuck to.

Day two, good as well. Am enjoying copious amounts of Adams Ale, which proves a problem when out shopping!

Better weather today too, managed a good walk out.

No alcohol, dryathlon going well...it's going to be a long month!
