Wot, no flag?

First time ever I've looked across and the Union flag hasn't been flying over the BoS HQ on the Mound.
Is this new for 2014 I wonder?
Just to the right is one of the fairground rides installed for Hogmanay.
As if the Star Flyer wasn't scary enough they now have this rotating arm.
While loonies riders disembark at the bottom end, the loons riders at the other end are left dangling way up in the air.
Even worse is the giant ball on 2 giant elastic bands strung between the 2 yellow crane like supports in front of the building.

Thankfully a relatively easy 1st day back :-)
