Healthy resolutions
Day 2 of my 365 days challenge and already struggling! So many no-fun things to do today, that I practically had no chance to make a nice picture (not that the weather was inviting the Dutch to go out today).
So there it was at last: today’s healthy cooking, due for a long time. Low carbs and lots of greens and protein. If you think of doing this: don’t forget the sesame oil and a tablespoon of coconut flakes to add some sweetness to the dish. Enjoy!
