Blotchy army :-(

Well packed away Christmas so weird to see the house un glittery and the bay without a tree. Strange afternoon gone from one thinking to another somehow had my head twisted round again.

Workout day two and was a killer sprayed my back with deep heat and my left arm suddenly went tingly and red and blotchy so guess my left arms a little allergic to the stuff.
