Foam

Nice morning but feeling a bit rough after a night coughing - as soon as I try to sleep it starts!
We decided a walk would do us good so headed to Arbroath cliffs where the sun was lighting up the sandstone and foam beautifully, it was a good opportunity to try pics of the breaking waves.
At the point of this pic the waves were breaking over rocky ledges you can walk on at low tide and you can, for a short period each day, actually walk round the headland.
Loads of people out walking - beats the shops!
