Day 1 of detox nearly over!

Today has not been too bad on the detox. Although have to say the aloe vera gel is vile!

Only 8 days to go and then I have the juicer at the ready. Looking forward as I can actually eat a meal up to 600k on Saturday and the gel intake is reduced.

This is a picture of Billie (top) and Milly on left and Benji on right. It was thought Billie was a boy but looks like he/she is a girl.

Today at work I have taken on role of UK Manager, sovwill have my hands full over next few weeks/months.
