Amy's Birthday Croc

Been busy this evening making this 3ft crocodile cake. It took 3 pots of green food colouring to get it this shade. Had I'd known I would have bought 10. But then an artist is never happy with their work. I hope it tastes ok - for 20,000 calories it should!
