Peas in a pod

We spent the morning finally choosing some new additions to the fishtank whilst ladySp33d went shopping and rustled up some quick scrambled eggs for lunch.

The afternoon was filled with a trip to the M.O.T. shop and a couple of hours ducking in the Bat Cave and generally larking around Chester Zoo (which was heaving) before getting home to find out the car had failed thanks to an utterly knackered exhaust, dodgy front brake system and windscreen wipers which seemed ok to us but apparently aren't. It was briefly panic stations whilst we figured out how the hell we're going to be able to afford the time or money to get that fixed before life returns to our normal routine next Tuesday, but then I spoke to bro-in-law who is a mechanic and he said he could fix it for us at trade cost on his day off on Monday.
