Northern Lights - 7 malt porter

This is my latest porter recipe and I'm quite pleased with it. Historically porter would have been made with brown malt but my version has 7 different malts: pale, Munich, wheat, amber, crystal, chocolate and black. It also has some torrified wheat. Hopped with fuggles and goldings hops grown in the garden and dried in the shed. It has on o.g of 1054 and has quite a lot of body, coffee and chocolate with some sweetness balancing the malt and hop bitterness. Just the thing for a cold dark winters night.
