The Christmas tree Maria made so lovely.

Soon this lovely man made tree shall be taken down, slowly and carefully and all the beautiful decorations that mean something special each year, will be wrapped in white kitchen towel and put to sleep for the rest of the year.
I have been happy to be at home and so thankful Maria spent time with us here and with her Blackburn friends and the ones who have been with her since Primary school days.
We have a really caring family who due to me having an unexpected cold virus, could not travel to see.
The presents could not be delivered in time and it feels terrible but yet we all have many blessings to treasure, and good memories to thank God for.
The days of difficult weather ahead are looking to be for so many people and I hope they cope and find as much help as they need.
Yesterday was a blessing and many more are waiting to be discovered.
