Day Two.

Back to work after a nine day vacation.

I have two days of work this week, but with half my kids off to America next week, half my classes for this are cancelled. It gives me time to catch up on a few things... What exactly, I'm not sure.

Even with half my classes cancelled today, it was a busy one. Straight after work it was off to tutor and then I had to print photos for a few friends who are having a joint birthday party tomorrow. Straight after that, it was off to the Bookworm for a meeting of my writer's group. One of my friends had an idea to form a writer's group and six weeks later, our meetings have ranged from 4 to 10 people. I have never been a serious writer, but I love the challenge this writing group offer. We're given a word every week and then we have to write a short story between 500-1500 words.

This week's word was honey and I must say I'm happy with how my piece turned out this week. I keep finding that I have a habit for sad endings and this week was no different.
